Think of me as your VP of Product's interim Chief-of-Staff.
I let Product own the system beneath to build confidence—so your VP can decide and strategize, not referee and escalate.
Good fit if:
- You want Product shaping strategy
- You're tired of stalling decisions
- You care about morale and performance
- You're being asked to lead an AI transformation and want someone who'll be honest about where the real work is.
Not a fit if:
- You want "just execution"
- You're avoiding hard decisions
- You're not ready for change
AI transformation is a culture problem before it's a tools problem.
Most rollouts fail the same way most change programs fail: the tools arrive before the trust does. I help product leaders close the gap between what an AI workflow can do and what a team will actually use — diagnosing resistance, designing for friction reduction, and earning adoption through early wins rather than mandates.
I've built and operationalized AI at the workflow level — my own pipelines, client deliverables, handoffs to ops teams. The frontier I haven't crossed is embedding AI into the operating rhythm of a larger R&D org. That's not a disclaimer; it's why this kind of engagement is interesting to me right now, and why I think the judgment about what makes change stick matters more than a checklist of tools administered from the outside.
